Please note: this is a special Theme with the look and feel of the www.mwpsk.org website. In order to edit (or remove) this part (home_topBox) you have to manually edit the Skin.skin file. To obtain the 3 colored boxes as in the mwpsk website you need to add some HTML (you can copy and paste it from the README). Please go inside the App_Themes\MWPSKorg folder and have a look at the README file for more information.
